Privacy at SiteCrew

The English version of this page is the one that applies. Written in plain words on purpose.

1. Who we are

SiteCrew is a property maintenance marketplace run by FEBA, LLC. We connect people who need work done on a property with contractors who can do it. You can reach us at sales@sitecrewusa.com or 267-888-8840.

2. What we collect, and why

• Contact details. Your name, email address and phone number, when you write to us, ask for a job to be done, or sign in. We use them to answer you, run your jobs and send you the emails about them.
• Your messages. What you write in our contact form is emailed to us. We do not keep it in a database.
• Job details. The address, description and photos of a job, so contractors can price it and do it, and so there is a record if there is a disagreement about the work.
• Sign-in details. If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Amazon, they tell us your name, your email address and an id that is yours on their service. We never see your password for those services. We use these only to find or create your account here.
• Payment records. When you pay a bill, the payment page and the card details are handled by Stripe. We do not see or keep your card or bank numbers. We keep a record that a payment was made: the amount, the date and which bill it was for.
• Security records. Your internet address and browser type when you sign in, and the times you signed in, to protect accounts and investigate misuse.

3. Cookies

We use a cookie that keeps you signed in and keeps our forms safe. It is needed for the site to work.

4. Who we share it with

• Contractors and customers. A contractor sees the job details they need to price and do a job. A customer sees the contractor who will do theirs.
• Stripe takes payments for us.
• Google, Facebook and Amazon, only if you choose to sign in with them.
• Our service providers who host the site and send our email, who may handle the data only to do that work for us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Signing in

After you sign in with Google, Facebook or Amazon, we email a 6-digit code to the address on your account, and you must type it in before you are let in. This proves you can read that mailbox.

6. Your choices and deleting your data

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account, by writing to sales@sitecrewusa.com from the email address on your account. We answer within a few business days. Some records, such as payments and the history of a job, we may need to keep for tax, legal or dispute reasons.

7. Children

SiteCrew is for adults and businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will say so here and change the version date below.
